A self-taught photographer, Katie was given her first camera for her 9th birthday after monopolizing the family poloroid. She grew up photographing the people around her, focusing particularly on creating beauty out of mundane everyday existence.
Katie's eye for capturing the internal, her portrayal of reality as exquisite and her ability to understand her subjects is reflected throughout her work.
An award-winning, international photographer, Katie's work has been widely published, from Vogue, Elle and Mr & Mrs Smith to The Observer and Time Out.
